VEGA If you were to describe Vega in one word it would be “Bright”.  She is sunshine and draws people to her by her love.  She is strong and a fighter.  A year after the family moved to Mexico she had a stomach ache that quickly progressed into her fighting for her life in the hospital in Mexico. They found out the first night in intensive care that her organs were shutting down as a result of diabetic ketoacidosis. Her Ph level at that time was usually only seen in cases of coma or death.  She was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes.  God spared her life and she has been amazing everyone with her recovery and now her ability to help manage her diabetes.  She taught herself how to ride a bike without wheels and has a beautiful artistic ability and loves to create.
